The office will be closing effective July 22, 2026 - a notice of closure was emailed out to all active patients in late January 2026. Services will be provided until the date of closure.

Michael J. Marchese, MD graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York in 1982. His post graduate training took place at the Duke University Medical Center. He has been board certified in Psychiatry since 1988 and is currently licensed in North Carolina and Florida. He has worked in various settings and has been in private practice since 2002. His practice is limited to outpatient adult psychiatry and has an interest in mood and anxiety disorders and Adult ADHD.
